The complete building renovation of this 105-unit building is underway!
Residents who have endured poor living conditions at Crescent Halls will benefit from a complete renovation that will modernize and improve comfort and safety, including new HVAC systems, rooftop solar panels, updated elevators, new floor layouts, new plumbing and solar panels.
Construction began in April 2021 and is expected to be completed by Fall 2022.
